Audi America recently announced that the 2013 Audi Q5 was named one of the 10 Best Luxury SUVs of 2013 by Kelly Blue book, the leading provider of new and used car information. According to the editors, the 2013 Audi Q5 was selected for its combination of sophisticated modern design balanced with comfort, style and fuel economy.


“We’re pleased that the Audi Q5 – the best-selling Audi crossover– has received the stamp of approval,” said Mark Del Rosso, Chief Operating Officer, Audi of America. “With June year to date sales up 35.2% compared to last year, it’s clear that consumers are continuing to respond positively to the Audi Q5’s sportiness and sophistication, spaciousness and functionality.”

The 2013 Q5 received a fresh new look with updates that included a unique LED headlamp design, new front grille, bumper and rear tail lamps and lift gate. The interior got a facelift as well to provide a richer feel with the addition of chrome and alu-optic finishes on the window and MMI controls.

Another reason the Q5 was selected to be among the 10 Best Luxury SUVs is the fact that buyers have the option of selecting different variants of the model. editors liked the 2013 Audi Q5 for its smooth and efficient 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. In addition, the Q5 also features an award-winning 3.0T Supercharged engine that delivers 272 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque as well as a hybrid version.
