Below are some tips to ensure your service appointment booking is an seamless as possible.

  • Avoid rush hour to call and book appointments. (Rush hour is between 7:30am to 9:00am and 3:30pm to 5:00pm).
  • Or use Online Booking and we will contact you to review your appointment if necessary.
  • Please be on time for your appointment and allow 15 minutes for check-in process in order to clarify all concerns, walk around your vehicle and obtain necessary information (remember someone is usually waiting right behind you to check their vehicle in, please respect their time as well) If it is necessary to perform a roadtest with our technician, allow extra time accordingly.
  • Your appointment time is not necessarily when we start working on your vehicle, as such vehicles will be worked on in a priority basis, and scheduled into the shop accordingly.
  • If you require the vehicle at a certain time on the day of your visit, please let your advisor know at the time of booking this.
  • If this is your first visit, please have the vin# of your vehicle as we check for any recalls or bulletins outstanding each and every visit.
  • Please have all pertinent info pertaining to a concern, (eg. When is it happening, at what speed, at what temperature etc) the more info the better to ensure a proper diagnosis. Be prepared to leave your vehicle overnight in instances such as cold start issues, only happens first thing in the morning etc.
  • If an intermittent condition occurs, it is essential that we are able to duplicate this condition in order to diagnose it. If it is not occurring, it is best to rebook (ie, squeaks and rattles, vibration etc.) If you feel it is a safety concern, please book it regardless.
  • If you are getting keys reprogrammed, ensure all keys including emergency key and valet are brought in for your appointment.
  • If you have aftermarket rims, please ensure your wheel lock is present, if it is a factory rim, we have a master set.
  • If you are having a Bluetooth issue diagnosed, please ensure your cell phone is available for testing purposes.
  • We provide alternate transportation in the forms of shuttle service, loaners (by appointment) and we will arrange a rental for you if necessary. Please advise before 12:00pm if a shuttle pick up is required, in order to properly schedule pickups.
